Bachelor Course in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) :

MODE OF ADMISSION
Admissions to B. Pharm. 1st Semester to this college is made duly through Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) on the basis of State level Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) conducted by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board, Gandhinagar or National level Joint Entrance Test (JEE). 25% of seats (15 seats) is filled through Management quota strictly on merit basis.
The College strictly on merit basis as prescribed by ACPC makes admissions against 25% management quota seats (15 seats) for B.Pharm.
(Lateral Entry (D2D) to 3rd Sem of B.Pharm are reserved for D. Pharm Passed candidates. 10 % (06) seats are reserved for this purpose)
 
Admissions to M. Pharm. 1st Semester to this college is made duly through Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) on the basis of GPAT or PGCET. The College strictly on merit basis as prescribed by ACPC makes admissions against 25% management quota seats in each branch of M.Pharm.

FEES STRUCTURE :
Fee Regulatory Committee (FRC) under the notification of Government of Gujarat fixes the annual fee after taking into consideration various expenditures incurred by the colleges running this course.

Annual Fee is to be paid every year in two installments in due time as notified by college authority. All fees/ charges/ dues/ fines are payable in Cash or through Bank Drafts only (Cheque, Postal Order etc. are not acceptable).
The fees and other charges are subject to revision by the Fee Regulatory Committee at any time without notice. In the event of such revision, all the enrolled students shall have to pay the revised fees/ charges.
In addition to the fees, students will have to pay dues/ fines imposed on them due to any damage or loss of library books, equipments, glassware or Institutes other property.
Late Fee Fine: If the semester fee is not deposited by the last date as intimated periodically through College notice board, a fine as decided by the college authority may be charged to the student. If fees not paid even after the last date for payment of fees with late fees then the name of defaulters will be struck off from the rolls and readmission will only be given after due payment of admission fees as decided by the College authority.
Refund of Fee: Fees once paid to this institution shall not be REFUNDED except caution money. However, if the students admitted in first semester is being withdrawn before the stipulated time of last date of admission with an undertaking that he will not claim the right of admission, AND if the said vacant seat is filled before due time prescribed by the University, then a refund as per the norms of the University may be permitted after due reduction of prescribed charges.
Caution Money/ Security Deposit (Refundable): Each newly admitted student is required to pay prescribed caution money at the time of admission of 1st Semester. Caution money will not be charged from the continuing students. Caution money shall be refunded after successful completion of the course or after canceling the admission. No Dues certificate and original copy of caution money is to be produced at the time of refund claim of caution money.
Enrolment, Eligibility, Examination, Reevaluation/Rechecking Forms and Fees: Students are required to fill various forms on or before due dates as notified by the College/ University alongwith the prescribed fees. No request for forwarding the examination will be entertained by the college after the last date notified.
Scholarships: Scholarships from Government and other agencies under various schemes are available to the students of this college. For details and last dates for applications for such scholarships, students may contact college office. The college shall forward only such applications to the concerned agencies which are submitted on time alongwith all documents and receipt of fees paid.
